They didn't fit and had to be exchanged and I worked with Randy on the return and exchange. You guys are wonderful. Prior to this, I had ordered a jacket and everything was straightforward and there were no problems. Delivery was speedy. I thought your shipping was a bit spendy, but when I returned the bibs and jacket, I found out that shipping these items was just very expensive. Thanks for a good experience. "I ordered the wrong part. I contacted Kens Sports via email and recieved a call back within a half an hour. I explained my problem and ordered the correct prop. Within 2 or 3 days the correct prop arrived in the mail. I returned the incorrect prop and was NOT charged a restocking fee. Excellent customer service and follow through. Prices are reasonable and their follow through is without equal."

"Just wanted to say the service I have received with my boat work and ATV needs have been excellent. I have dealt with other dealers but fine Kens Sports to be first rate in service. I asked for some custom work to be done on my boat after asking other dealers with no success and Ken's said no problem and the results were first rate. Bought an ATV again first rate service. My trickle charger had an issue they took it and fixed it "no charge" this may have been something small but was greatly appreciated by me. Just wanted to say Thank You."

"I purchased the bike from out of state so everything was via phone. Worked with Cody over the phone and he was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Didn’t need to talk much but the couple times I called he returned my call very promptly and answered any questions I had. Worked with Amy regarding contracts, wiring funds etc. she was excellent very responsive kept me in the loop every step of the way. The bike was ready as per plan with no issues. I received the bike and it was perfect. I have two small issues that could have easily been avoided. There was a big orange safety sticker on the tank that had glue that was an absolute nightmare of effort to remove. The other issue being the bike was missing the bolt and nut for the license plate. Which considering is about a quarter makes it a really ridiculous item not to simply have on a mechanic or salesman’s checklist to assure they are on prior to shipping a bike. Only reason I am dinging Ken’s on these two items is that they could have been easily avoided creating a major pain for customer for no real reason. Other than that it was truly a great all around experience and would highly recommend this dealership."

Even though he couldn't service my boat right away, he made every attempt too. We have spent hours on line looking for parts over the years ..A few years ago we found Kens Sport shop This is now the first call we make and in a lot of cases the only .There service dept. is the best around .New or used large or small orders we are always treated the same.. Kens work force is always willing to help in any way they can to get you and your sled up and running. Talking to the trained parts staff we have in many cases been able to save money over some other dealers. Buying used parts is as simple as it gets. You can call or go on line. No digging threw older sleds to find your used parts..New or used you will always be treating the same .We are an hour away and its always worth the trip. Thanks Jon and Sons"

"This is my third new-sled purchase from Kens. Each time was GREAT. From negotiating a price to filling out paperwork to meeting with their service manager to go over all aspects of my new sled as it sat in a warm garage! I enjoyed the experience as all went very smoothly. Ken's entire team was spot on as I made my appointment and this was adhered to right on down the line. Each of my prior sleds were set up very well and had no issues with them. I can attest to this since the wear bars and slides wore evenly with just normal wear. Randy in service always answered my questions (best plugs to use, etc.) even after the sale/s. My latest sled is a 2012 RUSH Pro-R 600. Being very price sensitive, I typically buy leftover sleds but was able to buy new at the same price as a leftover (Thanks Kens!). First time w/ Rush chassis so we will see how it goes. Would recommend Ken's and do so often."
